1. How to order goods?
On our website, you can easily place an order by following these steps:
1. Browse the products and select the accessories you like.
2. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to the cart.
3. After finishing shopping, click the cart icon to enter the checkout page.
4. Fill in the receiving information and select the payment method to complete the payment.
5. You will receive an order confirmation email and we will process your order and ship it as soon as possible.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order is submitted and confirmed, we will start processing your order, so it cannot be modified or cancelled while the order is being processed. Please be sure to check the goods, quantity and shipping address carefully before checking out. If you have special requests or need help, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
3. How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the order status on the "My Account" page. If you do not have an account, you can check the status in our order inquiry system using your order number and email address. 4. Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we offer international delivery. The delivery fee for overseas orders is 25 AUD, and the delivery time is determined according to your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs checks and processing, resulting in delays.

9. How to calculate the freight?
• Normal delivery within Australia: 10 AUD.
• Express delivery within Australia: costs AUD 15.
• Free shipping: If your order is over 150 AUD, we will provide you with free shipping.
• International delivery: costs 25 AUD.
10. Why is there a delay in the delivery of my product?
Delivery delays may be caused by:
• Delays due to weather, holidays or peak logistics.
• Delays caused by shipping company or customs inspections. If your order is seriously delayed, you can contact customer service by providing your order number and we will assist you to resolve the issue.

12. What if the goods I receive are damaged?
