Return and exchange policy

• Goods are not used and remain in their original packaging;

• Personalised items, discounted items and other specific items may not be eligible for return or exchange, please confirm the relevant information before purchasing.
2. Return process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

2. Confirm the return: Once we have confirmed your return request, we will provide you with the return address and relevant instructions.
3. Return goods: Please return the goods to us together with the proof of purchase to ensure that the goods remain unused and in good condition.
4. Refund processing: After the returned goods are received and approved, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be made via the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
3. Replacement process
If you wish to replace an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number, product details and exchange requirements.
2. Confirm the exchange: Once we confirm your exchange request, we will provide you with the exchange process and guidelines.
3. Return the original product: Please return the original product and ensure that it is unused, in its original packaging and in good condition.
4. Delivery of exchange goods: We will ship the new goods to you as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods and confirming that the exchange conditions are met.
4. Transportation costs
• Return: If the product has quality problems or wrong delivery, we will bear the return freight; However, if the return is due to your personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, color, etc.), the return freight will be borne by you.
• Replacement: Similarly, if the product has quality problems or wrong delivery, the replacement freight is borne by us; If the replacement is due to personal reasons, the freight will be borne by you.
5. Non-refundable goods
The following items are non-refundable:
• Personalized customized goods (such as engraved jewelry, custom design, etc.);
• Discounted or promotional items (please confirm before purchase);
• Used or damaged goods;
• Accessories, such as earrings, necklaces, chains, etc. (if the product quality problems or wrong delivery can be returned).
6. Goods are damaged or lost
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you with a refund or exchange and try to ensure that your issue is resolved. Please keep all photos of packaged and damaged goods for our review.
7. Refund processing
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and confirmation of the returned item. The refund amount will be refunded to the payment account you used at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 3 business days to arrive, depending on the bank's processing speed.
